Work visa appointment preparation

Once the Department of Labor authorizes your request, and USCIS approves the petition, the worker will need to go to the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate to request a visa. Just like tourist visas, there is a chance this visa can be refused under INA section 214(b), which is why preperation is essential.
